One ear, nose or facial piercing with a sterile single-use needle, never a piercing gun.
Every piercing at Blackbird uses a sealed single-use needle, opened in front of you, never a spring-loaded gun. Theo washes and gloves up before every client, and the sterile field is set up fresh each time. Placement is marked and checked in the mirror before the needle comes anywhere near you, and you can back out at that point with no charge.

Piercing fee only. Lobe from $65, cartilage and nose from $85, more technical placements from $120. Jewellery is additional, priced separately.

Do you use a piercing gun?
No, never. Every piercing is done with a sterile single-use needle, which is gentler on the tissue and the only method we consider safe for cartilage.

How long until I can change the jewellery?
A lobe is usually ready in six to eight weeks, cartilage and nose placements take longer, often three to four months. We will give you a timeframe specific to your placement.
